Park City Resorts' Closing Dates and Re-opening Dates for Summer Activities. Park City's resorts are closing for the season, but it won't be long before they re-open to host many summer activities. We'll give you the dates so that you can plan your summer.
Park City Market Update. We will examine what has sold in Park City during the past 12 months, in terms of number of sales and sold prices for homes, condominiums and vacant land. We'll compare the current prices with the year before to show how Park City's real estate market is changing.
Vail Buys Another Ski Resort. They've done it again! Vail Resort recently purchased another resort, this time in Australia. Imagine skiing or snowboarding year-round on a single ski pass - Vail's PCMR/Canyon's EPIC Ski Pass. Watch for more details.
Gondola Interconnect Approved Joining PCMR and Canyons for Next Ski Season. The Park City Planning Commission unanimously approved Vail Resort's plan for installing a gondola to connect Canyons to the Park City Mountain Resort. This will allow them to move forward on their $50 million expansive plan combining the two resorts into the largest one in the U.S.
